libghc-io-choice-prof software package provides choice for IO and lifted IO; profiling libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-io-choice-prof
libghc-io-choice-prof is installed in your system.
